@ Tolits. The $90 a month for keywordSpy is going to turn a lot of people off. I just do a "View Source" to see what keywords they have in their meta tags and then I also look at what keywords pop up all the time - its not that hard to figure out.

Hello there Malcom, I'm glad that you found my guide useful.

Just wanted to drop a few lines and give you a little tip regarding the keyword you found that has 131,000 results when in quotes.

While it won't be easy to get to number 1, it won't be extremely difficult to get it either.

To get the #1 spot for a keyword with that type of competition, a proper site optimization should be made.

Here is another great free resource I found and I'm more that willing to share it with you:

it's a seo list with do's and dont's that I personally check every time I optimize a site.

Also I recommend going to getafreelancer.com , in the link building category and pay some guys to get quality inbound links(with the keyword as the title of course). You can get 50 quality links for as low as $100 or maybe a little more.

Be sure to pick someone that has many and great reviews from customers. Also check their background and past experience and you should get that #1 in a few months.
