Yep...they've done me. YouTube have pointed the bone at me - again. "Permanently Disabled" they say. Last time this happened - a few months ago - I got a Community Liaison guy to sort it out and was back in a week. I mightn't be so lucky this time. What was my transgression - my inappropriate content? I posted a newsclip of retarded Iraqi kids naked on the floor of a home and chained to their beds. American soldiers had stumbled across this atrocity and had liberated the kids. The video had been up for months and had been viewed 55,000 times. Add that to the 7.5 Million views my 338 videos have racked up. With 1200 subscribers and featured by YouTube 3 times. Seems all of that means nothing to the YouTube Thought Police. You would think they'd give me some sort of notification wouldn't you? I have, after all, been with them since the very beginning - since before Google threw the billions at them. But no - just summarily executed at dawn.
So I dunno. I guess I have to go with Daily Motion or one of the other vid-sharing sites. And it leaves me wondering why you can't easily contact YouTube and why they don't have a Customer Relations department. Oh yeah...YouTube labels me a repeat offender but meanwhile their site is awash in violent, gory, nasty, pornographic and copyrighted material. Friggin' joke isn't it?
