I saw this photo in the latest Figaro on the weekend and mis-interpreted the caption. I thought these were Chinese migrant workers in Shanghai who had nowhere to live. Turns out they're sleeping on the street to avoid the hot, cramped apartments during a heatwave. Oh yeah...Getty images wanted $100 or so to use this photo and I thought "bugger that".
